OBS

Il s'agit d'une opération irrévocable, par laquelle l'employeur ou le régime est libéré de ses obligations premières de servir la totalité ou une partie des prestations promises et cesse d'assumer les risques importants associés à l'obligation ou aux éléments d'actif utilisés pour effectuer le règlement. La paiement de montants forfaitaires aux salariés en contrepartie de leurs droits aux prestations déterminées constitue un exemple d'opération de règlement.
